Those scriptwriters on the last season of The OC are obviously having fun. In a recent episode, Taylor Townsend, an upper-class socialite, was heard telling wrong-side-of-the-tracks-boy Ryan about her hastily-arranged marriage in Paris to her new French husband Henry-Michel (who she now wants to divorce):
‘I’m afraid to be alone with him. I’m afraid of his sensual powers. The man is a sexual Jedi. Whatever he asks you to do, you just do it.’
I don’t want to know what he does with his lightsabre.
